How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days before shipping. This gives me time to print, package, and prepare everything with care.
You’ll receive:
• An order confirmation email
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package is on its way
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

How do you ship orders?
All standard orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).
For large or heavy original paintings, I may use a different carrier to ensure safe delivery.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Every order includes tracking. Once your package is scanned in by USPS, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Where is my order?
If you’ve received tracking, your package is officially in the hands of the carrier. Delivery timing and updates are managed by USPS.
For questions about delivery scans, delays, or transit updates, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

My package says “delivered” but I can’t find it. What should I do now?
First, please check:
• Around your mailbox, porch, or side door
• With neighbors
• With your local post office
If tracking shows “Delivered,” you will need to contact USPS directly to open a claim.
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, it is unfortunately out of my hands. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
All tracked USPS shipments typically include up to $100 insurance. Additional insurance can be added upon request before shipment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I love sending GYland mail all over the world 🌍
How long does international shipping take?
International orders typically arrive within 2 - 4 weeks after shipping, depending on your country’s postal system and customs processing.
Delays may occur due to:
• Customs inspections
• Holidays
• Local postal disruptions
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
Once the package leaves the U.S., tracking updates may be limited depending on the destination.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
Please contact me as soon as possible.
If your order has not shipped yet, I can update the address.
If it has already shipped, I am unable to reroute the package.

All sales are final due to the small-batch nature of my work.
If your item arrives damaged, please email me within 2 days of delivery with photos of both the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
